1. The service

AI Story ("the App") is a mobile application operated by Stackwares ("we"). The App provides AI-assisted writing tools. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate; review important content before relying on it.

2. Accounts

The App may create an anonymous account for you to sync credits and preferences. You are responsible for activity on your device.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features are sold as subscriptions or one-time purchases through Google Play, processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play. Prices include applicable taxes. Refunds follow Google Play policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt the service, infringe intellectual property, generate unlawful or harmful content, or misrepresent AI output as human work where disclosure is required (for example academic submissions).

5. Intellectual property

The App, its branding, and software remain our property. Text you input remains yours; output generated for you is yours to use subject to these terms and applicable law.

6. Termination

We may suspend access for violations. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion as described on our account deletion page.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
